Video Recor-How Did This Happen

I have a video that was recorded Oct 19, 2012. I found it last night in the "My Documents" folder. The folder that it is in, is mamed "Debut" and the file is an AVI file. It plays on Windows Media Player.

The video is 1hr and 52min long.
The video is a recording of everything that I did on the computer during the above time period. It shows the e-mails that I was reading and the webpages from links that I clicked on in the e-mails and other web paged that I visited. It shows the Cyberlink wave editor and Audacity that I was using to record a Genn Beck show when I was using it. It also recorded the voice on the Glenn Beck program. It shows the wave editor and audacity software and the voice waveforms on them.
It also shows all of the icones on the bottom of the screen. It shows everything that I could see on the screen.

The problem is that I did not know that the video was being made and do not know what was used to record it. I didn't even it existed until I saw it last night.

Does any of you know how this could have been recorded?
It seems that it would be a good thing if it can be done when wanted
