Hi
Can anyone help me? Most of my desktop icons aren't displayed properly and I can't access the programmes eg I double click on Internet explorer and nothing happens. I am connected to wireless router.
I've installed a new norton Internet security programme and done a scan which says no threats found. The norton icon on the desktop isn't working either (accessed it fm bottom right corner of desktop to run the scan).
When I double click a desktop icon eg google desktop, I get a message saying the path doesn't exist. When I double click on the toshiba assist icon, I get a message saying, the item 'tintouch.exe' that this short cut refers to has been changed or removed so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do u want to delete this shortcut (I click no). I get the same message when I double click on aol icon.
I'm totally stuck - I can't access windows help and support either (nothing happens when I double click on it),
Sally
