Online videos not working

The problem I'm having is that when I try to watch videos online, some websites work some don't.

Eg: www.youtube.com (Works) www.dailymotion.com (Does not work)

I've tried on several different broswers (chrome, IE, firefox) all of them are having the same problem.

What I've done so far:

Checked Java (up to date)
Checked Flash (up to date)
Uninstalled/reinstalled chrome (didn't fix anything)
Uninstalled/reinstalled Java (didn't fix anything)
Uninstalled/reinstalled Flash (didn't fix anything)

Tried googling the problem and there weren't any helpful suggestions. Which is why i'm here.

I also just realised that it actually hasn't been working since I reformatted my laptop. But I still am at a loss...

If you're able to help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
