VIrus "detected" but not removed by trend micro. It is a "trend micro virus"

Hello, my pc is running slow, freezing and has 'detected' a virus but not removed it. It's called "C:Program files\Trend Micro\AMSP\resource\patch\c14t1402I1p5889r1o1\1.50.1471\post-load.exe".
My email is being bulk spammed daily with subjects of: re:; re: hello: fwd: re: hi. My iphone accidentally auto opened one of them today. I have since plugged it in to my pc and the virus that has been detected was last modified today.
I have screen shots to explain.
My recycle bin was corrupt in July, and I didn't try fixing it as I didn't know how. I assumed it came from a "-troj-gen-r37c8ga" which had been found my trend micro on my pc. It removed it. But it was created in June. However, I found the file in a file called downloads on my desktop. I erased it, and after this the recycle bin became corrupt.
I have a Hijackthis log from July and from today. House call did not find any threats today. My internet has been disconnected whilst trying to back up my files.
This month Trend micro has detected 27 threats to date.One of which is a virus, the other web threats.
Hijackthis was "denied write access to the hosts file"
I have done nothing with this log, I haven't tried repairing or fixing anything as I have no idea what to do.
