Hi. I have a 2007 Toshiba Tecra A9. I am not computer saavy so please excuse me. I have noticed what I am assuming is a fan on the left side of machine will not stop running lately and is hot and computer screen goes black. Took it to local computer person this weekend and paid extra for emergency fee. They cleaned machine out and blew out a lot of dust and cat hair. They found a Trojan - cleaned that up for extra. Today I came home to find fan running on full blast and hot. I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Thank you.
