Template not working in chrome,safari,rest working fine in all the browsers

I have developed a website on PHP/HTML in arabic .The problem is that the CSS is working fine in all the browsers including internet explorer except chrome & safari. The main issue is with CSS.images are getting overlapped on one another.....

My question is that for chrome or safari is there some extra script to be added?????
