Data Partitions In Windows 8 and Users

Hi, I have a couple of questions that I hope can get answered.
My New Dell XPS8500 System has 2 drives. a 256Gb SSD Drive which is the "C" drive containing the Windows 8 op/sys and all other programs. The second drive is a 3TB (yes it really is) configured as a single partition "D" (Data) Drive.

What I want to achieve is to set the system up for three different users by configuring three seperate log ons with them all using the same op/sys and programs loaded on the "C" SSD Drive.

I then want to partition the 3TB Hard Drive into 3 x 1TB DATA Partitions, one for each user, ie "D", "E" & "F".

Finally I want to change all the Data file paths for all data in My Libraries, My docs, Pictures, Videos etc for each user to thier own private Data Partition.

I believe that to be achieveable but havent got a clue how to set it all up in Windows 8 so any help or advice would be most gratefully recieved
