Keeping people's iphones off the Internet

I don't know where to post this. Cause the problem is that a friend of mine is having trouble with people getting on his Internet. By using a iPhone and he wants to be able to stop them from using his Internet. He has tried doing it by a wep key. But it slows the wifi down too much. Is there any other way to stop this. Thank you.
