I am after a bit of friendly advice if possible. Im starting up a new business and require a website. I have no skills and need a company to build one for me. One company that I have been in talks with seem perfect for me as they focus on start ups and help with marketing and the such like not just web design. The only problem I have is that when I look at all the sites that they have previously built all appear to be a bit choppy when scrolling up and down even on other devices. Could it just be there hosting? Any help would be much appreciated I don't want to list to company here but could PM someone the name if they have a spare few minutes.
