Incredimail not working...it did at first

Whenever I ask Incredimail to get mail...I get this response:

Incoming server "mail" cannot be found.
Please verify that you are connected to the internet and the server address is correct, try again
Then underneath there are these details
Failed to find host.Socket Error: 11004, Port: 25, Protocol: SMTP.The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.

My Internet is connected.....I had my computer shop do this...he set up Incredimail, but I have noticed that there is NO Outlook express??????
