comp cutting out :(

hi I recently purchased a new charger for my laptop but the laptop still seems to be cutting out, I have run a few comp scans and so far everything seems to be clear.

is it more likely that I have recieved a dodgy charger and need to purchase a new one or do I have a virus on my laptop?
