User Home folder - Mass Permissions

Hello Team

I would like to apply permissions for my 300 user home folders migrated from a crashed system. The permissions applied before have all fallen away but I want to apply them back fut it would be mundane to do it for all my users. I have been advised of CACLS but I am not sure how to use it especially with this command;

X:\Users\%USERNAME% /E /T /C /G %USERNAME%:C

All user folders are named as their usernames.

Please assist
