Would you help me figure out why I am hearing a crackling noise from speakers? Here's what I know about my circumstance
The noise is about 2 seconds long.
It occurs at 32 minutes after the hour, every hour
The noise comes from desktop speakers with the power on to the speakers but off to the computer.
It only occurs when My cell phone sits nearby a speaker turned on.
I'm also using a laptop nearby.
I think this has something to do with the cops talk to me about some internet activity.
What do you think? I think they got me bugged. If so, how can I stop it. I feel like I have no privacy:(
