Not getting sound from Youtube on Chrome.

I have re-installed Chrome, updated Flash and checked if everything was alright with my playback devices. I'm getting sound from everywhere on my computer. Videos and songs play just fine as well as games.

Despite having no issues in Firefox or Explorer, I still can't seem to get sound in Youtube videos to work in Chrome.

EDIT: It's not just Youtube, but every video I attempt to view inside Chrome. No sound.

Any help?
